Congratulations! You have just found the only company that is able to consistently support/maintain/reverse engineer Brooks Automation Legacy products based on Techware Controllers. Our Principals worked for Brooks Automation Software Corp. in the late 1990's and have over 30 years combined experience working with these systems. We are able to modify ControlVision & ControlVisionJ applications (or build new ones), source hardware, reverse engineer your older applications and extend the life of your modules by using EasyCluster to integrate ContolVision Modules into newer Tools.
Turnkey Device Applications
4Phase designs and develops Turnkey Device Applications including Device Drivers, PC based Device Manager Applications, Instrumentation, and Web Based Device Manager Applications. We offer complete development from business requirements -> technical specifications all the way to packaging, documenting and distributing your product via the web. We use our Enabling Technologies to shorten developement time and reduce costs.
Turnkey Equipment Development
4Phase uses off the shelf components to build multi-module equipment automation solutions and can leverage several communication protocols including EPICS and OPC to integrate 3rd party modules. Using the EasyCluster Family of Equipment Control and Factory Interface software we are able to provide a rich range of features in a timeline that will still allow you to beat the competition to market.
Program Management
4Phase uses formalized and internationally accredited program management methodologies and tools to reduce risk and costs. 4Phase will work closely with you using either Traditional or Agile methodologies depending on the level of certainty you have about your scope. Once your project begins 4Phase will utilize project monitoring and reporting processes developed from international standards including PMP and Scrum to give you 100% confidence and complete transparency throughout the project lifecycle. We have over 10 years experience managing the delivery of products and services in the solar, wireless, embedded device and Semiconductor industries.
